(I cook in my little George Foreman grill when I'm in a hurry). Cool and then cut into small pieces and set aside. 2. Steam broccoli for 4 minutes, drain and let cool. (Do not overcook or it becomes wet.) Arrange broccoli in a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of broccoli. 3. Join to enter the next four ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir with a whisk until the lumps are gone. Paythis mixture evenly over chicken. 4. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the casserole. Start with a mixture of melted butter and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the pan is bubbly and light brown on top. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
